You can find an FAQ on typical CAN transceiver power consumption here. The formula for the TCAN4550 would be the same, except you would add the power consumed through VIO and VCC and consider the power consumed from VSUP through the LDO that biases the CAN transceiver. So we can break up the equation into 3 parts:
Power consumed through VIO: VIO * IIO
Power consumed through the CAN bus from CAN LDO bias: [(1-D)*IREC*VCC] + [D*IDOM*(VCC-VOD)]
Power consumed through the internal LDO from VSUP: (1-D)*IREC*(VSUP-VCC)] + [D*IDOM*(VSUP-VCC-VOD)]
Combine all 3 of these and this should give you the maximum power consumption. Since time the bus is in recessive vs. dominant is application specific, I can't give an absolute maximum power consumption number. But in general, if the bus is in dominant significantly more than recessive, the power consumption will be higher than the other way around.
