As I Know TPS65983B Support PD 3.0, But Do you know Intel had Certification Pass PD 3.0?
Because our customer have fail item as below, or could you please share some suggest for me?

Hi Hugo,

The issues with Header Size will be fixed in the next firmware update.

I cannot reproduce the other issues here. Can you provide logs or other information to help me understand the issue?

We believe the remaining issues are tester failures. I am discussing the issues with the vendor and based on these discussions we are not planning firmware changes to address the failures.
