Hello Hirai-san,
For MII, our latest recommendation is DP83822I.

Aniruddha-san,
Thank you for your suggestion. But still I have a question.
The pin definition of INAP560 is like below and, it's same direction with DP83822I.
How to connect the MII output from INAP560 to DP83822I? Or, is there any suite device than DP83822I?
MII_CLK (O)
TX_EN (I)
TX_D[3:0] (I)
RX_DV (O)
RX_D[3:0] (O)
Regards,
Hello Hirai-san,
As per the IEEE standard, the MII clock pins of the PHY should be output for both TX and RX. The MAC should have MII clock input pins which will accept the clock from the PHY. If INAP560 has clock out, then it is not following the MII standard.

Aniruddha-san,
Since INAP560 works as PHY(It doesn't have MAC), the attached Ether PHY have to work as extender, repeater or so.
Is there any good device for this usage?
Best Regards,
Hirai-san,
For back to back repeater mode, RMII interface needs to be used. MII interface cannot be used for repeater mode. DP83822I support RMII interface as well. Can you check if INAP560 supports RMII?

Aniruddha
Aniruddha-san,
Thank you for your response!
INAP560 seems have RMII option. Is some special care or mode required for the back to back repeater configuration?
If it's required, please explain how to connect INAP560's RMII output to DP83822I's RMII input.
Thanks,
