Can you please advise the difference between these two?
We tried comparing the parts and found that only the markings are different.

    Hello Elisha,

    So from a physical point of view, these devices are identical. However, the internal ROM/RAM are designed with different end equipment's in mind. The TPS65988DJ is meant for Thunderbolt host devices, where the TPS65988 is for all other applications.
