Hi Team,

My customer got a question of TUSB926X flash burner tool for Linux and here is the issue description. Please help to provide the advice.

About the "TUSB9261 SATA BIST Test Configuration" document , I followed the Method2 to run the TUSB926X Flash Burner tool but I can't find the "Show Debug Grupbox". My Flash Burner Version is as below. Could you help me check the issue?

Hi,

What is your customer trying to do in the firmware tool? Can they not write to TUSB9261?

Hi Mailk,

My customer used TUSB926x_Linux_EEPROM_Burner tool to try to program register settings of patterns for SATA compliance test. He faced problems on programming EEPROM as the description above and need team's comment and support.

Hi,

Please ask customer close the menu and repeat step two multiple time (2-3 times) before opening the menu. Please try reinstalling the tool if still does not work.

Hi,

I have tried several times but I still can't find the "Show Debug Groupbox". Is the version of the flash burner V2.10.0.0 ? If not, please provide me the link to down the new version flash burner again. Thank you.

Hi,

This is the correct version of the flash-burner and the version I tested on my end. I would uninstall, restart you machine and re-install. Do you experience any other errors when trying to run or use the flash-burner?
