Would you please elaborate on the requirement? DP159 is a re-timer/re-driver solution, it does not include a mux function.

what I mean is "9.3.4 Input Lane Swap and Polarity Working" section, it mentioned the swap function.

Section 9.3.4 is the right place for the SWAP function description. Please follow Table 2 for the SWAP implementation. Two key take away are:
The SWAP/POL is pin 1 in the 48-pin RGZ package.For the RSB version, the user needs to control the register 0x09h bit 7 for SWAP enable.
Lane swap is operational in both redriver and retimer mode.
