88E6390+DP83867
The P9 port of 88E6390 is connected to DP83867 through SGMII. During the debugging process, the following problems were encountered:
1、 When DP83867 works in 1000Mbps mode through auto-Negotiation, Ping packets are sometimes connected and sometimes broken. Looking at the registers of DP83867, we found that link status was unstable. What might be the problem?
2、 When DP83867 works in 100 Mbp mode through auto-Negotiation, after hardware reset, the Ping package will not be connected. Re-unplugging the wire or restarting the auto-Negotiation register can restore the Ping connection. Comparing registers, we find that the bit 2 (XGMII_ERR_INT) of register ISR (0x0013) is set at 1. How can I solve this problem?
