We want to adopt TPS65987DDJ in the design of Tablet product. Does this PD controller support QC 4.0? Or we need to add an external device to communicate with the HOST first?

Hello Edward,

No, the TPS65987DDJ does not support Qualcomm charging. However, we are able to support PPS sink, which is only compatible with QC 4.0 source devises or devises that can support PPS source.
