DS90UB960-Q1: SOC can't catch the MIPI signal

Dear team,

My customer use 960&913A, 913A only connected one camera. Other three is floating. The camera is 1280*720. 25 frame.The SOC is XAVIE.

960 is raw10 mode. The SOC sometimes can catch the MIPI signal, while sometimes cannot. Checking the register of 960, 960 is locked, but the 0x4D and 0x4E is abnormal. Dump the 960 register is as below,

The 960's MIPI clock output waveform is as below,

Could you please help check why the SOC can't catch the MIPI signal?
