DP83822I: TVS diode protection

Hi,

We are trying to find a TVS diode array protection for 10/100Mbps operated Ethernet PHY.

We are basically looking for a device which can support 10/1000us pulse with peak power dissipation of  >1500W alongwith support for other IEC standards.

Our product is used in aerospace application and this Ethernet interface should survive pin injection ligthning tests of DO-160G.

Can you please suggest a TVS diode array?  I couldn't find any protection in TI website that can support such high levels.

    HI Archana,

    We have used TPD4E05U06 with DP83822 for IEC61000-4-2 ESD testing. We haven't really tested it for the standards that you are aiming for. You can also try asking a similar question on the ESD protection E2E forum and they can provide you with the best answer.
