Hi Team,

My customer trying to communicate with the LMH1297 12G component using I2C and don’t get an acknowledge.

I attached an example of a waveform and schematics.

They tried going over all the possible addresses.

The MODE_SEL is connected to GND using a 1K resistor.

    Hi Shlomi,

    We recommend R413 and R386 to be within 2K to 5K ohm when using 3.3V pull up resistor. In your schematic, 30K ohm resistor with 2.5V pull up is used. Please change these two resistor values to1K or 1.5K ohm range and check again. Additionally, it would be a good idea if the customer can get LMH1297EVM to help with future debugging as needed.
