please help me to do signal integrity and simulation of that IC.

Hello Pooja,

If you search for these part numbers on ti.com, you can find their "product folders." Here is an example for SN65HVD74:

https://www.ti.com/product/SN65HVD74

If you click the "Design & development" tab you can see a listing of the models that are available for these devices. Many will have IBIS models available, but I am not sure you will find a PSPICE model. We typically target IBIS for these interface transceiver devices since that tends to be a simpler solution for signal integrity simulations.
