About the datasheet of 948, I have two versions, one version is revised January 2016, and another version is revised November 2018. About the Pass pin, the description is different in the two datasheets. The old version is as the first picture, and the new version is as the second picture.
In the old version, pass pin is available only when the BISTEN=1, but in the new version, the pass pin is available regardless of the value of BISTEN. Then according to the new version, when does this pin act as a pass pin? When does this pin act as a GPIO0 pin? When does this pin act as a SDOUT pin?
In addition, which datasheet version should I refer to, old one, or new one?
