Sorry, I didn't see the date on the previous post.  I did want to extend the question.

The max Virtual Junction Temperature for the PCI1520 is 115 C.

The part has a max Storage Temp of 150 C.

Are the Virtual Junction Temperatures the Max allowed Junction Temperatures for this part?

Virtual Junction Temperatures is similar to  Max allowed Junction Temperatures, it's based on model.
