We use DS90387 for RGB to LVDS for 17’’ LCD. There are 3 devices on the RGB bus , DVI, VGA and RGB2LVDS.
The problem is that, the LCD display is dithering, the input CLKIN of ds90387 is about 100mHz sine wave.
My question is that for the CLKIN of the ds90387, what’s the requirement for the max and min value?
In the datasheet as follows, for VIL, the value is 0---0.8V, does it mean that the IC cannot identify the clock input as low-level if clock-input higher than 0.8V?
