I have looked over the schematic and I think it looks fine for the most part, here is my feedback.
I would suggest adding a bypass capacitor at every leg of VBUS on the PD controller.
I noticed that your I2C1 and I2C2, SCL and SDA, pins are floating so I would also recommend adding a resistor to those, even if they are unused as suggested in the TPS65987 datasheet. You may take a look at the Pin Functions section of the datasheet for more information on their configuration.
