    Tom,

    Just to make sure I understand, are you seeing an issue with the device starting up when the delay between VCC and VIO occurs? Or are you asking if you should expect problems because of the delay?

    A 100 ms delay between VCC and VIO shouldn't cause any problems, because the transceiver not going into normal mode until the VIO passes the undervoltage threshold of ~2V (typically).
