    Here are the values.  Please note that these are typical values.

    ・Lid material/ base plating /plating:  Kovar/Ni/Au

    ・Package cavity wall thickness(mm)    3.62,3.62 ( x,  y dimensions)  Note, that the package cavity has 2 tiers.  The value provided is for the widest tier, with the thinnest cavity wall.

    ・Lid thickness(mm) 0.25

    ・Part weight(typ. grams) 4.5 : Note, this includes the entire package with the tie bar.   I do not have good data on mass of the tie bars, but they are estimated to be approximately 1gram based on the mass of similar HFG package tie bar.
