DS90UB953-Q1: Question about Current Consumption when 2 lane mode

We can capture the data for typical current consumption at room temp using 2 lanes at 400MHz clk each, synchronous mode. Would this be sufficient? 

The data capture will take about 1 week.

Hello Nobuo,

The maximum per-lane speed for 953 is 800Mbps = 400MHz CSI-2 clock, not 800MHz. So we can only test 400MHz - is that what you are looking for?

Customer is interested in how much IDD_TOTAL would be reduced in 2 Lane configuration against 4 Lane mode.

In the datasheet IDD_TOTAL(typ) is 160mA in 4 Lane mode, so can we expect typically 30mA reduction in 2 Lane mode configuration?
