Dear TI Team,
i'd like to use the DP130 in a sink application with a DP to VGA converter,Could it work?
1. Is it possible to get the evaluation board manual, schematics and other relevant design files as a reference?
2. Regarding link training: For a sink application the automatic link training needs to be switched off to set fixed levels/values for the DP130 output lanes. These should be configured by I2C. Will it also be necessary to implement the link training for clock and EQ on the input via I2C ? Or will this still work automatically? If not: Would be sufficient to use a external controller that polls the I2C registers ?
