TMDS181: Unused Pins

500k pull-down if SPDIF_IN is not used.

ARC_OUT can be left as No Connect.

There is a TMDS181 schematic checklist, http://www.ti.com/lit/an/slaa893/slaa893.pdf. You can use it as an initial guideline.
