DP83867CR: Update is Specification change or Correction of errors

Hello, 

I want to ask about DP83867CR datasheets update.

First is about paragraph 8.6.10 1000BASE-T Configuration Register.

[9:8]bit default value in the newest datasheet Rev.E is changed from Rev.D . (Rev.D:0, RW →Rev.E:1, RW) 

Is this a specification change? Or a correction of error?

Next is similar to previous.

It is about paragraph 8.5.1.

RGMII TX/RX CLOCK SKEW is changed from Rev.D.
