DS90UB941AS-Q1: how to set register for multiple frequency pclk

Part Number: DS90UB941AS-Q1

I would like to use the 25MHz clock as an external clock input and set registers 0x56=0x01, 0x3E=0xC3, 0x3F=0x01 for multiple frequency pclk 75MHz.

But DS90UB941AS-Q1 output pclk is 12.25MHz, it looks like pclk was divided into 1/2.

Could you please help to tell me how to set the registers to get multiple pclk 75MHz?

Thanks very much.

  • Hello,

The 941AS requires that the N value be greater than the M value. This means that the external clock and not be multiplied up - only divided down. In order to achieve this clocking mode with external reference please use an oscillator that is higher frequency than the desired output clock.

    Best Regards,
