Hi,

we are using DP83869 part for Media Converter Mode.

for register configuration we are using MDC MDIO protocol using gpio pin, not getting any response from device.

please share MDC MDIO protocol related documents

Hi,

MDC/MDIO interface is IEEE defined standard interface. Protocol information is part of the datasheet. For evaluation assitance, TI offers USB-MDIO tool to interface with MDC/MDIO of DP83869HM.

BTW, for Media Convertor Mode, basic functionality shall work with HW straps and will not need MDIO config.
