DP83867IS: DP83867ISRGZ Device RX CLK and Data are not coming properly from the devices

DP83867ISRGZ Device VDDIO are set to 1.8V and captured the waveform are at the pins 32, 33, 34,35 & 36. Observed that waveform are having more ringing and VOL seems shifted to around 0.5V. But, As per the datasheet VOL should be 0.2V only. Please refer the attached waveform.

Please help us to get proper waveform and is there any way to increase the RX signal drive strength.

Hi,

At what point you are measuring the waveform ? It shall be measured on the sink side.

For DC voltage offset shift, are you seeing shift on other pins as well ? If yes, something on the board is causing the ground to shift.

Hi,

Below is the sink side captured waveform, this is even worst than the source side. All signals are routed in stripline mode and used solid ground planes.

Does DP83867 RX singal has any configurable drive strength or is there any way to increase RX signals drive strength ? Because waveform seems to be PHY does not have sufficient drive strength.
