about output state of ISO7221 when power down of output side

hi team,

 the engineer of jiaoda signal want to know the state of ISO7221 output when output side power down. 

in the datasheet, it give a truth table. but it only inculde the state of PD of input side.

ADUM1201 datasheet, it says thta the state is "indetermine" when PD of output side.

so what is the state of ISO7221? thank you!
