Thank you for getting back to me so quickly.
The part will be used as a protection device between a Lithium cell and an analog mux in a battery charger.
It is a DC application.
The end product is a battery charger.

If the part is going to use in the power path (between a Lithium cell and an analog mux power rail) for clamping the over-voltages, Please look at TPS2595 device.
