Does TI have a rad-hard analog channel protector (to go outboard of an analog MUX) that opens when the signal input exceeds the supply rail?

Hi Rakesh,

Thank you for getting back to me so quickly.

The part will be used as a protection device between a Lithium cell and an analog mux in a battery charger.

It is a DC application.

The end product is a battery charger.

If the part is going to use in the power path (between a Lithium cell and an analog mux power rail) for clamping the over-voltages, Please look at TPS2595 device.
