DS90UB954-Q1: How to handle the unused pins

Hi team,

In the update of the data sheet, there was a change in the handling unused pins.


We use the following terminals as NC according to the previous data sheet, but the current data sheet indicates that they should be connected to GND.

Is it possible to use NC as it is?

 6 pin : BISTN

 44 pin : RES

    Hello Tomoaki,

    Both pins have internal weak pulldowns, however from strong external noise influence it is possible that the pins could be pulled high which could disrupt normal operation. That is why we suggest to pull them low externally.
