Can  you help tell me the test method of  line capacitance CL in the datasheet?

My customer wants to know how to confirm the maximum value of this spec. (1.5pF, 1.9pF)

It will be appreciated to share the test instruments part number to me.

    Hello,

    The maximum spec includes process variation so it is unlikely that you will see the maximum capacitance in your system.

    This is an older device so we don't have the specific tool number used to measure it but you will be able to see it if you apply a 30mVpp 1mHz waveform at 2.5V DC
