I feel it is wrong at thermal information in datasheet, so I write this thread.
Normally, I think junction-to-board thermal resistance(R_θJB) is lower than junction-to-ambient thermal resistance(R_θJA).
But thermal resistance of DP83848J/K is upside down.
This is table of compared with DP83848C/I & DP83848VYB/YB.
