LMH0397: LMH0397 SDI_IO EQ problem when cold

What are the recommended Auto-Bypass register settings that will allow full functionality from -40C to + 85C? We are currently experiencing issues @ -30C in around 25% of devices. Are there other registers that may need some tweaks?

The Auto-Bypass default values as noted in the January 2018 version of the LMH0397 Programming Guide appear to contradict their functionality. The lower limit is set to 0x89 and the upper limit set to 0x0B.

Please below note sample register settings that exercises bypass settings:

RAW FF 05 07 //Enable EQ
RAW 2B 11 3F //go into bypass if 0x25 is less than 0x11
RAW 2C 15 3F //exit bypass if 1214 0x25 greater than 0x15
RAW 0 1 1 //acquisition reset
RAW 0 0 1 //acquisition reset release
RAW 1 00 00 //if bit 3 set we are in bypass
RAW 25 00 00 //eq index settings
