DP83869HM: can i replace dp83640 use dp83869?

Hi, 

Now i want to choose a replacement of dp83640,to meet the following needs:

1、Support 1000M fiber mode(DP83640 support 100M fiber),because i want to improve the speed.
2、Support IEEE1588V2 and sync ethernet.
3、IEEE 1588 GPIOs for Trigger or Capture.

I see that DP83869HM supports 1000M fiber mode, but only supports ieee1588 by SFD(start frame delimiter).
Can i read the time stamp when i send or receive a ieee1588 frame,or Capture a GPIO edge?
