1-wire to I2C converter IC survey

Dear TI,

We are looking for a “1-wire to I2C converter” with the following structure to apply Smart Battery to PDA New Model.

The device under review is Maxim's DS2484.
Can you recommend a replacement product?
Or, please recommend a solution that can be implemented in 2-chip or 3 chip.

    Hello BJ,

    Unfortunately we do not have a dedicated solution for conversion between these two protocols.  The best option may be to program a simple MCU (like MSP430) to support this kind of function.
