I'm starting to design a product using TUSB4020BI.

1. How can I get programming tools for the OTP and EEPROM?

2. Is there any requirement in schematic for these programming through upstream port?

3. What is the difference between OTP and EEPROM? I know EEPROM can more widely configure the chip than OTP, but are there other differences?

Hello Kumagishi-san,

Accept my friend request, send me a direct message, and I will provide you the tools.

The programming tools require a driver to be loaded on the hub.

OTP is a one time programmable option, that permanently changes the device. OTP programming options are very limited compared to EEPROM.
