Is it possible to configure/terminate an unused non-removable downstream port without use of I2C/SMBus/EEPROM?

    Hi Elisha,

    Functionally there is no need to configure or terminate an unused or non-removable port, but it is required for USB spec compliance. Using OTP a port can be configured as non-removable, but configuring the hub with unused ports requires I2C or SMBUS.
