JMMN mentioned this in his previous post. See below. We wonder how to get into this active customers list to make sure we receive the notice in future and can get enough parts for lifetime.

In the event that TI does EOL a device, the procedure is to issue a PCN ahead of time to all the customers that have bought this device in the last 3 years.

Hi JMMN,

We buy it from digikey and mouser, not from TI directly. How to guarantee we receive the notice?

Hello Junhua,

TI sends the PCNs to the distributors, which share them with customers. Both Mouser and Digikey allow customers to register to get notifications on their BOMs. In general, TI does not EoL a device that still has active customers.
