What is the power consumption of this device when the data rate is 115200bps.

Do we have other device proposed which has lower power consumption in the same condition?

Robin,

The power dissipation of MAX3321 depends on the loading condition of the application. You can refer to this app not for the estimate.

With 3kOhm and 150pF load, one channel with 5V to support 115200bps data needs about 45mW. The power is mainly governed by the charge pump efficiency of the device. In this sense, TI devices have similar performance.
