DS26F32MQML: Thermal Resistance: Junction to Case

Part Number: DS26F32MQML

Hi TI,

In this part's data sheet the Junction to Case value is said to be found in MIL-STD-1835, however after scowering that document I could not find any reference to thermal values.

Do you guys have any suggestions or knowledge on the standard and what this part's value is?

Thanks,
Sam

  • These values are listed in mil-std-1835.

Mil std 1835 can be accessed here:

The easiest way to determine the correct package identifier, is by checking the SMD drawing.

In the SMD drawing each case outline letter is defined.

For example the 5962-7802005M2A has outline letter 2 corresponding to CQCC1-N20

This is listed in mil-std-1835 on page 20 showing a Theta Jc of 20 degrees C/W.

    Other packages are similarly listed.
