TPS65981: Does TPS65981 support 4K video resolution?

Dear TI community,

I want to develop a dock application that supports USB PD and stream video from smartphone/ laptop over USB type-C. I confuse if TPS65981 supports to stream 4K video. Does it able to charge phone and stream video at the same time?

Hi Dao,

Yes, the TPS65981 does support 4K resolution video. You may charge the phone and stream video concurrently.
