SPICE model for SN75LVCP601

Hello,

I need a HSPICE model for the SN75LVCP601. I couldn't find it on the website and was wondering if there is a model available. Not having a model makes it extremely difficult to design in this part.

The design team has provided the attached HSpice file for the LVCP601

8345.LVCP601HSpice.zip

Model file: nominal.inc, fast.inc slow.inc

Netlist file: LVCP601_TOP_V1_PKG_HSP.inc

Simulation file: sim_LVCP601_CH_PKG_V1_nominal.hsp

Running command “–hspice sim_LVCP601_CH_PKG_V1_nominal.hsp” will execute the hspice simulation. I have had a test run and observed no issue.
