Data Sheet clarification: We would like to use the ONET8501P as a preamp in a test eqpt app. It would be helpful to get additional/supplemental information on the device's noise performance (equiv input voltage/current noise density) if avail. Specification questions: The spec says random jitter for Vin 20mV pp is 1psrms, what is the input freq for this test? In Fig 12, RJ vs Vin, what is the sine wave freq for this typ op graph?     The ONET8501P is managed by the TI Interface Products group. There is an Interface E2E forum where you can be assisted by them. I would move the message for you but don't have the required privilege level.
