Hi,

I would like to know about pins affecting analog power supply ANA33VDD.

1) Are TPTDP and TPTDM power supply ANA33VDD?

2) If PFBINx is shorted to GND, may there be a large current from PFBOUT? Then, is the power supply ANA33VDD?

Hi Kenshow,

TPTDP and TPTDM are in teh ANA33VDD domain.

PFBIN is the internal input supply pin of an LDO.

I am not sure what the behavior of PFBOUT will be with a PFBIN short to ground.

You will be shorting the input pin of the internal LDO.

Operation is not known in this condition.

Hi Ross,

If PIN28, 34 (PFBIN2, PFBIN3) are shorted to GND, these pins are connected to PFBOUT (31st pin) outside the IC, so PFBOUT is shorted to GND.
In such a case, is there a possibility that overcurrent flows from ANA33VDD?

PFBIN and PFBOUT pins cannot be shorted to ground. If they are shorted to ground device behavior is unknown and it is outside ROC.

I am not sure if there is possibility for overcurrent on ANA33VDD.
