I have requested but non of the reply are provided with source code. I having issues configuring using I2C of TUSB422 to provide 20 Volts from main USB Type C PD power supplier.

Sorry for the delay in getting the request approved, I forwarded your request internally and asked it to be approved ASAP.
On the 20V, the TUSB422 is a Type-C Port Controller (TCPC), it is only the physical layer of Power Delivery. All the PD protocol needs to be implemented in a microprocessor that will act as the Port manager and control the TUSB422.
