Hi:

I have some questions about TPD8S300A, please answer them:

1.Will the chip Vpower Pin 3.3v be protected when the power is not on?

2.Will the chip be protected if 3.3v is charged from the vbus?

3.Is the cc channel blocked without power?Will it affect the back-end circuit?

    Hello,

    1. The TPD8S300A must be powered by 3.3V. The internal FETs will be off when there is no power.

    2. The TPD8S300A cannot be powered from VBUS, it must be powered from a 3.3V rail

    3. Yes, the CC lines FETs will be off when there is no power to 3.3V on TPD8S300A.
