Hi,
I have questions about DP83822IF.
My customer are planning to replace other phy to DP83822IF for fiber network
and they have following questions:
Q1.
On customer's current product, they are using other vendor's phy.
In that phy's recommended circuit written in the datasheet,
there are no DC block capacitor between phy and fiber transceiver.
But 0.1uF capacitor are used to block DC in recommended circuit of DP83822IF.
Why does it need to block DC if using DP83822IF?
Q2.
They want to know Max timing of following parameter written in
DP83822IF datasheet(SNLS505E) page.11 "7.7 Timing Requirements, Reset Timing":
- T3 (Hardware configuration latch-in time for RESET)
- T4 (Hardware configuration pins transition to output drivers)
