I am working on getting the DS280BR8x0EVM up and running (DS280BR810 device installed) and each time I open the GUI, I get the warning that "there are no USB2ANY interfaces detected."
Right now, I am supplying 3.3V to the EVM and have followed the same jumper configurations as described in the user's guide. As far as the software is concerned, I installed SNLC055 and then ran the updater for the DS280BR810. The installation seemed to run smoothly and I received no errors. After the install was complete, I restarted the computer.
Other debugging steps that I've taken include trying a couple different USB cables and USB ports on the computer. I also made sure to have the device plugged in before opening the GUI.
Any help or guidance you might be able to provide on getting a connection to the GUI would be appreciated.
