Hi Team,

How to slow down the turn on time of internal MOSFET (soft start) by FW setting on Application Customization V5.13 ?

We meet a inrush current issue and trigger OCP threshold, even we set 200%.

    Hi Daniel,

    The TPS65987D will only control the turn-on time of the FET when initially turning it on from 0V to 5V. Once you are transitioning from 5V to a higher voltage, the internal FET in the TPS65987D is already 100% on and does not control the slew rate of the voltage transition. You would need to control the slew rate of transitions through the design of your DC/DC converter.
