Other Parts Discussed in Thread: TUSB211,
Hello,
Our product has signal integrity issues with the TUSB211 chip in our application. Some of our products is not working well depending on type of laptop/pc.
We found that the TUSB212 is a better replacement.
The best settings for TUSB212 (in our application) is AC-boost is set to '0', and DC-boost set to "low".
Our product is already in production. We want to use it as a simple change-over from TUSB211 to TUSB212.
The question is: to set DC boost to "low" you have to pull-down the pin with 22K. Unfortunately this option is not available in our current PCB design.
We do have the option to short this pin to ground. Can you comment whether this option is feasable?
Best regards
Peter
