DS90UB948-Q1: what does that mean, when Register 0x3B=0x2F?

When I read the register, 0x3B=0x2F, I don't know what this mean? I want to know the value of EQ (range:0-14). Could you please tell me what is the EQ value according to below register? Adaptive EQ has been enabled.

The 0x2F is a little larger, right? The normal value is around 0x03.
