Hi Ti team,

Could you pls help check SN65HVD251 can meet the ISO11898?

1,My end cutomer test CanH/L rise time don't meet SN65HVD251

2,When one line CanH or CANL is opened, the voltage of the other line will be higher, Causes other nodes CAN to work abnormally

Thanks for bringing this to our attention. Yes, the SN65HVD251 meets or exceeds the ISO11898-2 specification.

1) Can you share the customer's test setup and/or waveforms where the CANH/L rise time doesn't meet the spec? Can the parameter within the ISO11898 spec be clarified?

2) Can you share what the rest of the CAN network looks like when one CANH/L is disconnected? Are you observing a DC offset in the connected line during a recessive state, dominant state, or both?

The customer is not willing to provide test data to us, and feedback the test takes a long time.

Testing TCAN1051 to replace TJA1051 is currently under way
